Rick Perry the Hanging Judge
What have we been taught by our popular Westerns? That the hanging Judge is always the most corrupt!
How can you have a corrupt person adjudicate on the death penalty?
There is only way that we could ever have the death penalty across the Country and this is how it would work.
If you ever sent an innocent man to face execution with the death penalty. Then both the Judge, the prosecuting attorney, the defense attorney and the Governor who failed to stay the execution would all get the Death Penalty too.
These are the four horsemen of the apocolypese. And this would be the only way that the death penalty could safely be enforced.
Apocolpyse means revelation.
I almost forgot to mention that if I were President the Law would be retroactive.
