I bet it is a very small number! Which means the rest are a complete waste of money!
Our Constitution has at least two provisions designed to prevent war. Do you ever hear a United States President get up to the podium and preach that? For a President not to uphold the Constitution is an impeachable offense. And yet they are not upholding it!
