City violence. What if you were convicted of violent crime part of your sentencing would be that you had to meet a "dress code" for the rest of your in addition to any other sentencing?
No more hood clothes for you.

Also I believe you should lose your license to drink. You say you don't have to have such a thing today? I think it should be! From my phone keyboard to God's ears.
