Is because Donald Trump needs all of that copper to make a colossal statue of his blonde hair and orange face. Shine that copper up and put a new age clear coat on it. And that shinning copper would really do Donald Trump justice.
And he needs to deliver a colossal statue like that to Venezuela! So that they know who is boss from now on.
