The NSA should monitor all hospital visits and what restaurant the person just ate at before going to the hospital for a period of 2 weeks prior

The NSA should monitor all hospital visits and what restaurant the person just ate at before going to the hospital for a period of 2 weeks prior.


That would be very easy for them to do.  It could spot things like epidemics and food poisoning, etc earlier!  Help save lives!
