In Praise of the Green Onion 12 13 2022

 

Just a little bit is needed to improve a dish.  And a handful of the vegetable is very inexpensive and lasts a long time.

In praise of the Green Onion.

I am about to add green onion to a meatloaf preparation in the photo.  In was indeed chopped up fine.
