Isn't that also a lot like Jim Jones? Isn't that doctrine used a lot in the occult or cults?
And okay so the person that they are saying it to likely didn't have much in the first place? So it really isn't a big deal to them. If you don't have anything in the first place giving up your worldly possessions is an easy choice to make.
But you might say, "Really, you want me to give up a photograph of my mother too?"
"Absolutely." The cult leader would say, followed by, "You must declare that Jesus is your savior!"
Okay so someone doesn't have anything and they join up and they get fed and clothed and sheltered. Not so bad right?
Wrong! What if all along they had an infinite more amount of potential than the cult leader? And because they had so much potential in the first place that is how they somehow ended up "homeless?"
Follow my lead here? Two sides to the same ugly hand here?
So a criminal cult network is then created, which only accomplishes what? Keeping those who have protentional from realizing the benefit of it.
Meanwhile all the money begged, borrowed or stolen goes right to the Oliver who is the cult leader. No matter what title they declare themselves to be.

So someone who is criminal minded from birth reads the bible completely different than you or I do. To them it is like a road map to satanism?
And did not Jesus meet his disciples by happenstance? As if they were wandering and homeless, perhaps unable to be educated? And what did they turn out to be? They turned out to be of poor character! Jesus ended up calling Peter Satan, and Judas betrayed him. And they all split up the money they got for handing him over and used it to buy a cemetery. And then they too were ~all hunted down and killed.
Also Jesus asserted he was betrayed. What does that really mean? It means he didn't really go willingly! The Church wants you to believe he went willingly! No, when you are betrayed it isn't willingly.
