The public should be allowed to vote to disallow specific corporate charters.
Go to a gas station and the garbage cans are overflowing? S/b allowed to disallow that corporate charter and let the truly responsible rise to those working ownership positions?

What other examples? Idk. How about plastic in our bodies? Figure the source and disallow it.
Trace elements of medicine in our water? Enough of that.
Alcohol companies need to take responsibility for all the Downs Syndrome people they created. But there is no way to do that.
But we are getting closer. Parents also prosecuted for a sh1t kids crime. Drug dealers and pushers of fentanyl charged with murder. We are getting there. We need to get there quicker.
