3. You have a place to park. Says you can park here.
4. Put some fish in there.
5. Put up a welcome sign. You it is okay, that security guard with the Indian leaf or feather tattooed on his arm isn't going to accost you here.
You take possession using eminent domain if need be. Why is it no one has the courage to use eminent domain for the public good? It is the structure sycophants put in place in our nation? Say booh, or look disrespectful at homhumungus and you are fired? The criminality of homhumungus trickle down economics?
You make utilization of a resource.
And perhaps if there are some with pcb's as in Thiensville or Grafton out there. You commit to the effort of cleaning that out of there and making it a public asset too! Get your fat greasy greedy finger out of our cookie jar, I said a public asset.
