So the loud sirens go off during a tornado warning.
That gets me asking a question.
Could some type of directed energy weapon be developed that could negate or depower a tornado when pointed at it?
Or what would happen if you shot a nontoxic chemical into a tornado? Perhaps a surfactant?
So you have two different air masses coming together in a vortex? What if you could force a temperate inversion over a wider area than the vortex?
And would it be such that if you deleted a tornado "there" it would pop up again 100 miles away worse? In which case we get into legality?
