What are violations of your Constitutional Rights?
They are really scapegoating the United States Constitution for problems caused by faulted leadership.
Maybe you grew up to view someone who always blamed other people as the strongest and smartest among us?
Whereas I grew up to believe that someone who always blames other people is irresponsible and dangerous because of that. A menace.
And that is exactly how I view those who believe the United States Constitution is the problem. Including any and all Presidents who sought to defy it.

When the way a business is managed to success isn't Consistent with the United States Constitution? And the lag time for the justice system to catch up to that error makes it a lot worse.

So you get an unconstitutional Army in times of peace. High School flunkies find it the employer of last resort. And that same class of people become extremely wealthy because military contractors are labeled necessary and are subsidized. And what happens after awhile? All those losers come to view themselves with underserved pride and come to hate the people of this country. The people they take an oath to protect.
So that MIC (Military Industrial Complex) sits in our country here and there like a hard and shiny black cancerous growth.
And rather than develop alt energy we get oil wars.
And rather than use alt energy to power American homes we get data centers that vacuum American intellectual property up. As if they are being useful to our country by creating data centers?
More likely using that intellectual property as their own and then self-dealing and recycling money their true cowardly intellect could never earn.

And the question becomes after the intellectual property that belongs to you is pilfered who do they have planning to live in the home you will be displaced from? Someone soulless that they are naturally comfortable with.
