I can't verify any of these facts.  So take that into account when reading this.  Nor do I vouge for the accuracy or truth of this writing in any way. 

So the Gun that the defendant had was a Mauser 98.  That fires a 7.92 x 57mm bullet.  So that is 7.92 mm in diameter which is .311 inches.  57 millimeter length is 2.24 inches long!

With the cartridge (which stays in the breach after the bullet is fired)  it is 3.25" long

The bullet projectile is typically 150 to 250 grains. .34 ounces to .57 ounces.

So the bullet didn't exit Charlie Kirks neck.  That doesn't make too much sense?  A bullet of that high caliber.  It is almost like had it really been that bullet and a neck wound there would have been blood squirting out everywhere?  But that would spray the college kids and that would be "no good an idea?"

So if a bullet like that hit the neck bone the neck bone would be fragmented?  And the bullet would likely be fragmented from hitting bone?  Unless it sank into neck Cartlidge area and that stopped its momentum?

So indeed the defendant would have to have a box of shells?  Or have store receipts from buying them.  And likely he shopped at local places for them that had a limited offering.  And any spent casings would indeed give you an idea of whether that was a standard load and therefor an idea as to weight?

So one would believe that you could weigh the bullet and that is a fixed factual number.  If it had fragmented you could put a metal detector over the body and find the rest of the bullet and add it to the scale.  Again the bullet didn't exit the body.  So there you would know what "load" weight the bullet was.

Now when a bullet hits the front deforms.  But often the tail end stays round and is indicative of the caliber (diameter as in the 7.92 mmm above.)

So in terms of entry wound it looks like it came from the side.  Is that consistent with where we are told the shooter was?

You are not likely to have a bullet hit from the front on the tangential side to the right and be drawn into the flesh of the neck.

And as a defense lawyer you look at all of this and the evidence chain and you go to work crafting semantics that take the credibility down.  And right there, I could talk about that for awhile.

But so I said very little here.

The question becomes, is there a photograph of the surgically extracted bullet?

And I have stated all along that this suspect is going to walk free!  Why?  Because he is from Mormon land.  And they have an affinity for another religion?  And that other religion is the one thing that Trump himself will absolutely never truly offend in a meaningful way.

Did the Mormons fund the creation of gambling center Los Vegas?  Did the Mormons believe in Polygamy?

I mean, if I said he is going to be free as a bird?

And the Mormons do indeed have a connection to "Republicanism" through a former Pres Candidate, who hates the poor.

Charlie, some of your beliefs were indeed highly valid.  And yet some of it has a hint of going along with the Bible in terms of what would be contradictions to our Constitution?

Republicanism, they want our Country to get away from our Constitution?  Make it a give you what we want to give you, might give you nothing so starve to death and die in the cold.  Might make you highly successful if you speak like a mafia hood.  Might tell everyone you are crazy and it says so in a book if they are insanely jealous of you because you are a man.
