So here will be my adult plan, created by me, for managing my sugar only.
1. Never add sugar to anything.
2. Don't eat too much.
3. Burn it. Meaning exercise and burn off those excess calories. Or keep busy working it off. But no, I think a strenuous burn is what is needed.
This is only my plan for me. Not meant for advice for you.
