If someone is really that bad, then there will come a time when that guilt with regard to them will be proven without a shadow of a doubt and they will end up in prison. Or indeed convicted of Treason.
We may have come so far around in a circle that convicting whistle blowers of crimes might be considered an act of Treason in itself. Or a sound element of proof thereof.
