Should any Gov Agency be allowed to have the benefit of immediately saying that you are lying?
But I am talking about a particular circumstance where YOU ARE NOT LYING!
Our Constitution states you are innocent until proven guilty.
For them to have that power is akin to them being able to say that you are nothing!
Whereby not only do they really know that you are not lying; they never want there to be a no cost to you venue whereby you can readily prove you are not lying! Instead they want to be able to BAMBOOZLE!
