"Is it Gods fault that someone isn't smart enough to believe in God?"
When your father tells you, "Though shall not put thy tongue in an empty light socket." And you do, whose fault is that?
When God gave us the Ten Commandments and told us not to covet any of your neighbor's property and you do is it Gods fault that you don't believe in him and that you don't believe the Ten Commandments don't apply to you?
If you believe that you are forgiven for all of your sins in life if you believe in God then God would not have had to give us the Ten Commandments?
In other words we don't create laws so that people who are not smart enough to follow them break them? It doesn't work that way does it. You break a law and you face consequences whether or not you believe in God or you believe in your country.
Thou shall not make illegal laws that violate the Supreme Law of the land.
When someone covets your tools do they really covet your tools? Or do they covet your ability to use those tools? Either way, that person is coveting something that doesn't belong to them, in violation of the Ten Commandments.
