They defined a group of people as having this "Word" and then while at the same time backing off from the original meaning of the word. Nor really that hard to see why is it?

PS. Can it be said that Oswald had hypervigilance? How about the anarchist that killed McKinley? What about extremely violent organized crime that started against Prohibition?
"Hyper" does it not indicate gravitation towards an extreme behavior or act? So that if you have Hypervigilism because of a brain defect what other forms of extreme behavior or thinking might be present?
The hypervigalistic think that they are in the right when they are not.
And they have been taught that they are right in some way? They have been reinforced for being what they are. So indeed it will be a moot point to argue with them. You might notice that they do not speak in concrete sentences but in mismotch.
Any handout of greater salary that they get they are going to believe they are more than deserving of.
If you look at that way that brain develops. First the amygdala the center grows too big. As if that brain belongs in a larger head, an adult sized head compared to their very young head.
Then it is stated that the speech areas of the brain, from my understanding of this, develop too much to. Whereby the neuronal connections are formed on the exterior of that layer of the brain. And that area of the brain does not have what might be termed through the center neuronal synapse connections.
I mean, good God! Think of how bad that really is!
