Could Efficiency be improved if Efficiency were addressed in terms other than Profit? 05 16 2019

Could Efficiency be improved if Efficiency were addressed in terms other than Profit?  05 16 2019

Depending on who is managing the concept I think it could be greatly improved.

So how would you do that?  First you would seperate out the two elements of it.

1.  Human element.
2. Structural Process Elements related to time.

Just look at how that scale starts to balance and you will see why we have a for profit business world and whose very best interest it is for it to be that way?  Hint, it doesn't favor or promote greatness.  ~Because of the allowed or tolerant element of the "human variability?

Breaking down the work flow process in the following manner.

1.  So the idiot can be extremely happy serving just one function.  Perhaps hitting a lid of something with a hammer to tighten it.
2.  So the mean people among us can feel superior and be highly rewarded by managing number one.

And that is indeed a cog that man doesn't fit in!

But what happens with the above?  Eventually what was created to serve the needs of the idiot, (#1) is replaced and factored out by cost cutting.  Automation and processes improved (subversively?) to factor out the idiot from the equation.  But indeed for just a little time in his/her life the idiot was made to feel important.
