Tyre Nichols 1 29 2023

They hit him and beat him after the handcuffs were on!  And the 5 officers were black themselves.  It is hard to believe they are adults.

I wonder if they were ever in the military?

And I do believe we need the death penalty on order to protect ALL of f our Constitutional Rights!

So  they were members of a scorpion unit created in 2021.  You would swear it came from Trump admin.

When in I hear calls to defend the Police I get it.

Defund it and then perhaps create a Police Force II.  To take it's place.  Comprised of those who don't have that mean streak.

And if people are on drugs acting odd and disorderly, death penalty to those that gave them the drugs.

This could be stopped.  And it can be done without violating the Constitution.

Freedom isn't free.  It requires the righteous judgement to maintain it.  And not the false righteousness of a billionaire that officially has losses?

Good God.  What the h3ll is that?  A billionaire that only reports losses?  How gd dumb do you think I am?

Cocaine in his system 1 28 2023

So yesterday on television I watched a motorcycle police officer stop to talk to a black man.

The situation escalated.

The black man ran.

And he wasn't really acting right.

He was tased.

Taken to the hospital and said to have died in the hospital.

It was found that he had Cocaine in his system and another drug.

So this time I might take the side of the Police Officer.

In a situation where a Police Officer shoots someone on drugs who is acting funny, should the Police Officer go to jail or I ask the question should the person who gave them the drugs that caused them to act funny go to jail?  I believe the Second there is more important.

*******'

What about a drunk driver?  What if the victims of a drunk driver had to be rewarded by the company that produced the alcohol?  Perhaps a mandatory $1 million for each member?   But under the stipulation that they themselves never drank?  So you would need an alcohol ID card for that.

I would also assert that anyone who has a family history of a certain type of mental illness should never be allowed to be sold alcohol.  Why?  Not because they can't handle the alcohol.  But because it makes them more susceptible to soul theft!

*******'

Now a flipside of the issue.

So I will attempt to make this next topic in generic terms.  Let's say that a son of a Judge gives someone a fentanyl pill that kills them.  Looks to me to be flat out murder.

But then you have to ask the question did that drug dealer son obtain that fentanyl from any connections that were made by the judge parent in any way?

And I could go on and on about career women and how the family suffers?  But I won't touch that here.

Perhaps I want to say something vitriolic, like if you can't even get your kids right what claim should you have to being a judge over the rest of us?

********'

A little bit off topic but it is drug related so I will bring it up here.

So you see on television lawsuit distributions whereby if someone had an autistic child while they took Tylenol they might be entitled to money?

So I will just assume that where there is smoke there is fire on that issue?

With the point here being.  Two steps. (3)

One.  First in order for the drug to be approved it would have to have undergone testing both animal and people.

Two  In order for it to be available over the counter such tests would have to be thought to be more stringent?

Three.  The size scope and recommended use of the drug like it was akin to being as harmless as sugar cubes?

The point here is, how could they miss it?  You would have to have greedy eyes greener than a dinosaur to miss that it is linked to autism?

And with such a digression like that you have to put a bad check mark next to the organization responsible for approval of such things.

That's it.

******'

I could talk about what the Pope mentioned recently but if you ever heard the noise a screeching spoiled brat makes, that is what I experience in triplicate when I attempt to write about that topic.  Just like how Jesus tells us one defeated demon goes out and joins up with six others to come back at you??? Which tells you what about the perceived normality of it?

Ps. And sure some of these articles are sketchy.  But I think a reasonable person knows what I mean when they read this.  That dyslexic adult who puts his hands over his ears and says dough dough dough when they don't like something you said to them, they are never going to understand anything anyway no matter how much they attempt to convince you they are an expert on everything.

Which brings up the question, do we have any known dyslexics in Congress?  Wait a minute we had one as President didn't we?  George Bush?  Somehow can you see an extension of that dark interpretation of things and people in his paintings?  It was like looking at a wax museum of horrors?

Global Competition is a Misnomer 01 28 2023

 Global Competition is a Misnomer 01 28 2023

When we contracted or developed overseas manufacturing operations what we really did was give those lesser form foreign governments all of our technology.

Why does it matter?

Because their national ideologies don't really change.  And then they get arrogant like they are better?  Better for what? Paying people less than chicken feed to make things?

And we in the United States are expected to believe that we should be competing against lesser form of government nations that pay less than chicken feed wages?

There is a situation in comedy that is so disturbing that it is extremely funny.  It has to do with a retard that corrects people?  I can think of two instances in the Sienfeld series?  One was the bubble boy and the other was that friend Banyon (sp?).  We saw it in Leave it to Beaver with the character of Judy?  But at a certain point it isn't really funny is it?  Perhaps we saw it in the Clint Eastwood Dirty Hairy movie, where the serial killer says to the protagonist in his crow-like voice something to the effect of, "I told you to go to the phone booth at such and such corner not the one you went to."

What am I getting at?  When people from lesser government forms of nations are emboldened?  With what type of national confidence?

And sadly enough we also see it in American politics, don't we?  We have people promoting unconstitutional ideologies because they were emboldened by what when they should not have been?

******'

And it terms of product quality accountability.  If same products that were made overseas were made here in the same way, and failed to junk the way that they do, those American Mfg companies would have been put out of business.

And how can you take something back that you bought from China on the Internet?

And our farmers fed those foreign nations instead of them feeding themselves.  In effect we grew those populations that could be emboldened against us in a WW3 scenario?  There was no valid reason to do that.

I would say that it didn't lead to American farms being kept in the families.  So in the end the banker ends up owning it all in some way, but from a different route?

******'

Corporate America?  Really being a siphon of our Democracy?

I will post one more diatribe after this one today.

The Delegitimization of Everyone Else 01 08 2023

You can't really delegitimize everyone else!

So they let him dress in womens clothes.  They let him wear his hear long like a woman.  They let him tattoo his own face. etc etc.

Anyone know the recent criminal in Illinois I am talking about?

So what happens when that individual realizes they are not going to make any money in life being that way?

Nobody wants to look at that person in the family store!  Nobody wants to feel that little off feeling they get from it.  Nobody wants to accept that oddness as somehow part of normality?  As somehow part of their own normality?

In effect someone or some function of our society had to patronize that individual instead of raising them?

So again, what happens when they figure out they are not going to make any money in this world from being that odd way of life?

Somehow that false praise that they received in life, that patronization, they act out on people as if it is the only constant truth they know?

Instead of everyone else being delegitimized in order for them to do well, because you really can't delegitimize everyone else,  they turn violent.

As if to set that final example how oddness that everyone else should be?

And didn't we also see an instance of the person who lost in checkers toss the whole pieces and the board into the air on January 6th 2021?

*****'

And how can anyone be said to have defamed the character of someone like that?  All they have to do is open their own mouth and they defame their own character?  So that person found out when they became President they really didn't have all the defense they needed?  In other words their lifetime defenses didn't work as President!  Their excuses, their false alibies, their lies.

They actually believed that everyone else wasn't legitimate didn't they?  That through their patronage they were really the only legitimate one around?

Their rotten behavior was patronized their entire life until the point they believed they were the only real legitimate ones?

Again, you can't delegitimize everyone else.

And sure you could say it is a corollary to, you can't fool everyone all of the time.  Why reduce what I just wrote to that delegitimacy? (new world?  It kind of fouls the English type of mind?  "Deligitimacy?"

*****'

In effect he believed in making a celebration of diversity?  He was taught to celebrate his own diversity?

But not everyone else wanted to celebrate that diversity?  They found it rude, obnoxious and immature?  In other words an insult to them?

And again, what happens to that individual when they realize that not everyone else wants to celebrate their diversity?

What happens when they are not wanted in the family store?

What happens when they realize they are not going to make any money through that celebration of diversity?  Another way to say it is, someone gave that individual the false confidence to be a horror?

He Incinerated the Money 01 08 2023

That is a scene from a classic movie where the actor who usually played in Westerns played as an Irishman in Ireland.

But what if when a member of organized crime was arrested and charged with racketeering, instead of all his money being confiscated it were confiscated and incinerated?

Follow the logic here.  He didn't earn that money so how could it have value?

You and I the public know that money wasn't earned.  We know that it was attained from criminal activities.  Is that money good with you? Perhaps it is.

For that money to go back to .gov and spent or somehow redispersed somehow lessens the credibility of .gov?

For example it can't be said a criminal operation was allowed to exist because it increased revenue?  And I know the wording of that sentence sounds funny, but intentionally so.

But if that criminal money were destroyed would not the money of everyone else, the honest, the American people be worth more?  Somehow I believe that to be true.

And I am not even going to attempt to make that align with any economic theory concerning the money supply, it is way beyond that.

Is it true that those who can do? 01 08 2023

Is it true that those who can, do.  And those who can't, teach?

No.

Some people who can't do can't teach either.

They are so nervous and mealy that you can't learn anything from them.

******'

If someone hasn't learned while you taught, have you really taught?

If people can't learn from your teaching; have you taught?

Or the better question is, if you are teaching people who can't learn is that really teaching?

If it isn't teaching then what is it?  Placating?

OOH! Whoop bang!  Does that last sentence ring a gospel of truth to it?

A former President was kicked out of school.  And went to a paid school.

Was he then taught there?  Or was he placated there?

Were people paid to placate him?

Should the public pay to placate such people?

And look at what happens when a group of such people forms?  A group who had their anger from not being able to learn allayed?  By a prior group who couldn't learn either?

Yeah, I do resent our tax dollars being spent to placate such people.

https://duckduckgo.com/?q=placate&atb=v324-1&ia=definition

And perhaps placate wasn't the word I was looking for.

Lets see how it works out with the word, patronize?

To patronize an individual who can't learn?  Yep that is indeed the word I was looking for!

Pay people to patronize those who can't learn.

If that isn't ugly I don't know what is.

So a place where that happens can not be defined as being a school.

Perhaps it is better defined as being a "Patronage?"

You wouldn't have to hire educated people to teach there either.  Because it is a "Patronage" you would hire red curly wig haired clowns to teach.  Think of the cost savings!  Those uneducated red curly wigged clowns have to be a lot cheaper than paying educated teachers!!!

Gun Control and Presumption of Innocence 01 07 2023

Gun Control and Presumption of Innocence 01 07 2023

Two Scenarios to talk about.

Scenario 1:

Defendant A is a felon that has served his time. Whether it be he completely served the time or is out on probation. We will say the former. He is not allowed to have a gun because he is a felon.

So Defendant A gets into an altercation with Plaintiff B. I won't go into the nature of it. But it turns violent. And Plaintiff B is injured and perhaps is killed or someone else is killed by Defendant A. But Defendant A did not use a gun.

So because Defendant A was not allowed to have a gun, isn't there a general presumption that he is not an innocent person even though he is free? The point being, why doesn't that presumption of not being innocent stack in favor of Plaintiff B in some way? Do you see where I am going?

I think that Defendant A has been marked with not being presumed innocent because he is not allowed to have a gun! That right there is a Constitutional Violation of his rights. Yes, even though he is free it still is a violation of his right to be presumed innocent!

Back to the flip-side of the argument, if he really isn't presumed innocent why isn't a legal structure raised to address that? I mean why isn't there a limit to his defense just as there is a detraction from his presumption of innocence? And to be clear I don't believe that there should be a limit to his defense. Even though he is a bad apple already? The issue of that opinion that there should not be a limit to his defense only comes into play because of the hypothetical nature of this argument? But if the structure of being free and not allowed to have a gun where not present that limit to his defense notion would never have come up. So one could ask is there a “foggy” limit to his defense in existence because he really isn't presumed innocent among the general public when free because he no longer has that Second Amendment right?

Scenario 1b. Now lets say that organized crime or gangs get their hooks into him because he is an ex con. Lets say he is threatened to participate in it. And could that right there be a cause for recidivism? Shouldn't he have the Second Amendment right to defend himself from that org crime or gang influence? I believe he should.

And I think we got some of this because of the Federalist, legalized alcohol and perhaps a longing for English laws to supersede our Constitutional Basis?

It is kind of like a namby pamby gets in the judicial system or politics legislature and wants things to fit nicely a certain way, with very little understanding of how all that has to abide by the Supreme Law of the Land, The United States Constitution.

Scenario 2

Now lets say that Defendant A did have a Gun, he was a felon not allowed to have a gun, he didn't have the gun with him at the time of the altercation.

Should the fact that he had a gun be allowed as evidence admissible in court? I think it is allowed.

But why would you allow that to be admissible in court and perhaps not some of the prior run ins with the law that Plaintiff B had? Why would you allow that and not testimony about prior grievances against Plaintiff B that other people had?

And don't give me that professional license or right to be subjective excuse for the murkiness that has been created. I mean look at it and you can tell right away that sharp minds could have figured this out better. Which means nepotism and favoritism are what rose to the top?

Are you really free if you don't have the standard right to use deadly force to defend yourself?

I believe in either being free with all rights or being in prison or executed for the crime.

And does everybody really deserve a Second Chance? I don't believe that someone with half a brain does. And if in theory you can't stand up for what is right then I also believe you should not have a career in the Judicial System.

So where is the weakness? It is someone in the Judicial System projecting their own failed sense of self onto someone with half a brain? And giving that person a second chance out of pity for oneself and the notion that there is no difference between you and someone with half a brain?

And I do believe you should have greater rights in defending yourself against someone with half a brain.

Oh lets see, now for some fiction?

“There was a young man on the bus. He took my french fries and would give them back. It said right there on the left pocket of his shirt like he is required to wear that he only has half a brain. When I tried to take those french fries back there was a scuffle. I threw a punch in his belly after he hit me a few times. Then he got on my back and tried to rape me right there on the bus. I used my elbow and drove his head straight into the that stainless steel metal bar on the seat there and he hemorrhaged and died, I mean can't we just drop the issue because he only had half a brain........”

About The Death Penalty 1 6 2023

Perhaps if we had the death penalty for drug dealers, pumps and pedophiles, mass shooters of innocent, we would not have so many veterans come back from serving their country and off themselves?

Why?

Because the scales of justice would be the same in War as in the homeland so that their serving their country in War would no be as great a shock in to them?

It would not be as alienating to them?

Anyone get this?

You expect them to do in War what college grads in the judicial system are not able to do in the homeland?

We go to War with countries that act bad and criminal, to kill to their soldiers, however we don't have the strength at the highest level to do that justice in our he homeland.  And the answer isn't that we are supposed to passively accept a degredation to one world governed by criminality.

You are not going to have mass shooters with broader, more righteous and quicker application of the death penalty.

There needs to be a greater stigma for being a criminal.  Instead of the we are all one, how dare you judge.  The problem arises because some people can't be raised unless they are lied to and told they are no different than anyone else?  A barrier was broken down for them that should not have been?

Everything to be accepted as normal human nature including criminality?

Celebrating such weakness and condoning it?

It empowers those people and that leads to conflict with them.

Oven Baked French Fries Recipe best 1 6 2023

Oven Baked French Fries Recipe.

Best I've ever made.

Okay my dear.  Pay attention cause I'm going fast.

Put a saucepan half full of water on stove we I to g a dash of salt and the vinegar.  About as much water as you believe will cover the potato's and not overflow.

While that is coming to a boil.  Haphazardly peel and poke any eyes out of the potatoes with your peeler end.  And if it looks like there is nothing wrong under the skin of the potato right there, leave that skin on.  That is what I mean by haphazardly.

Now cut the potatoes lengthwise so that the square end profile is 1/2" to 5/8".  And don't try to be too exact.  Just get it done quickly and emphasize not cutting yourself.   As you get to many fries to overflow your work area put them in the water on the stove and keep cutting the other potatoes to fries as so.

Boil all the potatoes until they just start to break in half when you nudge them with the spatula.  With the vinegar in there I call this a Blanch Boil.  Very important step.

Then drain them by using a strainer spoon held to the pot lip while you hold that section of the pot lip to a top corner of your kitchen sink.  If you can't visualize the correctly stop right there, that's it, I can't teach you anything.

Grind a quarter cup to a half cup of oatmeal flakes in your bullet grinder using the shallow cutting head.  Grind it to a powder.

Right in that bullet grinder reservoir add about an eighth a cup of whole wheat flour.  Add a little salt there, add a sprinkle of Sage Powder, add a few good shakes of Penzeys Justice salt free seasoning.  Add a little garlic powder too.

Now quickly stir that seasoning mix up with a spoon or fork or whatever.

Now I poured some Sunflower Oil over the potato's right out of the bottle.  And I had a tick in my shoulder or something when I did so I probably added to much.  So the right amount is perhaps a quarter cup.  Immediately after that stir the fries around with the big spoon a little so that the oil is evenly dispersed.

Now oil your cooking sheet.  I believe they are called a fudge sheet?  Oh what do they actually call that?  I am drawing a blank?  Mine is light golden colored with little dimples on the bottom and the largest of three that came in a pack from the discount regional hardware store.  I just looked it up and it is called a Cookie Sheet.  A little disparity between that and a baking sheet that doesn't have a captive crown on it!!!?  What's what?  Let's argue?

Immediately after that pour about a third of your seasoning mix from the grinder reservoir onto the potatoes and stir or gently toss is what I mean.  Then another third and gently toss.  Then the remainder and gently toss.

I put that on the top rack of the oven with the broiler set to 500 degrees.

Put the oven light on.

Do not open the oven until you see the top has browned.

When the top has browned flip sections of those potatoes over with a spatula, probably about six sections flipped will do it, so that all are flipped over.

Shut the over door and continue to cook until the top starts to brown.

Remove and serve with ketchup.

Best that I have ever made.

And don't be too concerned if they look more like something not french fries than french fries at any time during making, eating or serving this.

Better than what the guy with the bad attitude in the deli part of the grocery store makes!  Better than at the gas station.  Better than the restaurant.  I think I got that better part covered!

Ingredients:

5 Large Gold (Yukon style) Potato's

~1/4 cup white vinegar

Sunflower Oil

~1/4 -1/2 cup ground oatmeal, grind it in your Bullet Grinder, with the shallow blade

~1/8 cup whole wheat flour

Sage Powder

Penzey Justice Salt Free Seasoning

Salt

Garlic Powder

*****'

Now, here you see it being served with Bluegill and small tomatoes.

I mean, who is going to help you in life?  The same people who stick their foot out to trip you?  No.  I mean really, do you actually believe that someone that sticks their foot out to trip people is going to help you?  You really believe that?  Get out of here, I can't teach you anything.

There ought to be a way to make a healthy Corn Cheese Snack 01 05 2023

Something as good tasting as what you buy in the plastic bag at the convienence store.  However, with natural ingredients.  The list of ingredients should have these types as its basis.

Corn Flour

Corn meal

Brick of cheddar cheese

others could be oat flour, barley flour, rice flour.

Perhaps a drop of sesame seed oil.

Then it would need some kind of a binder to keep the texture of it light while still being a dry type good.

And I think this would be something you would bake.

So if I wanted to search for something the closest search term there might be would be corn cheese cracker?

Because that is what it would be most like?  Making a cracker?

But I don't want anything biscuit like.

"Are you trying to tell me that without religion not a single member of the highly evolved human race would have a human conscience/soul?"

I think that it is just the opposite.  That it is religion as promotion of alcohol that to me prevents certain members from having a human conscience.  To create a Kingdom and topple a Democracy by advocating that which creates the born imbecile.

If Caffeine can kill you 1 1 2023

Why isn't the amount in consumer products required to be on the label?

And what if every product of alcohol had to state how many bottles or cans in or ounces of it it can kill in you?

I mean don't you like the people of your country?

Or do you consider them subjects to be capitalized like the British gov we declared the Revolutionary War against?

We need to get away from that sickness again.

Or how about this on the label, "One drop of this product while pregnant will cause your baby to look like this (insert disease photo.)"

Civic Duty 01 01 2023

Their profitability comes from eroding Americans self confidence.

So maybe you have an elderly member of your family and they can't get into their online bank account.

The password is the same.

However, they want your elderly relative to have to come into the bank.

I remember just once I had my parents put their money in a managed type of fund that was being managed by a place I worked.  That money, from a "house derived" product or service went straight to zero.  That was probably 30 years ago.

And right there I said never again.

So the next day that elderly person was able to get into the financial account.  And they did absolutely nothing different that day than the day before.

And guess where that bank located in WI has their call center?  The Philippines.

I didn't have a chance to call and talk to them.  So what did I have to rely on?

Somebody else going through the exact same thing and considering it their civic duty to call them and complain!

So indeed you need to consider it your civic duty to call and complain about poor service and what really amounts to inherent corruption.  Don't rely on just one of us to be the person who calls and complains.  And the more you complain the more things will change for the better.  And you might even have to make that employee  "Backpeddle!"  Unless you get the employee backpeddling you haven't really gotten anywhere.  Unless they are extremely nice and apologetic from the get go.

****action break****

And you know what?  There are a lot of people in this country who should never complain about virtually anything!  They don't know how lucky they are to be here.  I am talking about your low class alcohol bad brained system draining fool working...

Wait a minute, perhaps this sums it up, "They found a job for the fool?"  How happy everyone is for the fool.  How lucky the fool is or how unlucky all the rest of us are?

Another quick point,  There is a vast difference in Minimum wage from State to State.  Some have no Minium Wage.  Perhaps 4 states have none.  So how does that work?  They pay you a penny an hour?  "Oh boy!"

Minimum wage in the United States - Wikipedia

But how could the disparity that causes be screwing up the country?

Employment and Employers.  What happens?  The employer once did all the work themselves and were the owner employer.  Until the became non working class by paying the employee to do the work for them?

Then they go on and take all that money and form charitable trusts.  And go to work at eroding everyone's Constitutional Rights?

Did I ever learn skills in the workplace that I didn't learn at home or in school?  As it relates to personal responsibility, yes??  Was I responsible already?  You mean I couldn't have been responsible without an employer blowing tobacco smoke in my face every day?

Yeah, I do believe we have a Constitutional Right to be free from that, however you want to define it.

****Action break***

So the Pope who wore a Pink Cowboy hat and then was the only Pope in 600 years to retire early just died.  Pink Cowboy hat?  I don't know that I care.

So Barbara Walters who advocating it is better to torture people than kill them on one of her shows died.  She also said that some men who have sex with other men don't consider it homosexuality.  So she just died.  I don't know that I care.

Perhaps I am glad I won't be turning on the television and by chance having to listen to that garbage anymore.

Truth be told.
