On Republicans 08 30 2020

 On Republicans 08 30 2020

Is Donald Trump the first United States President that was divorced?

No Ronald Reagan was divorced before him.

What does it mean?  These people made extremely bad choices in one of the most fundamental acts of life.

At some point someone told them in no uncertain terms that they were too hard to live with?

Get my point yet?

Our nation effectively told Trump he was hard to get along with when we impeached him.

If an unwed mother chooses to abort a baby that is fine with me.  We get the policy to the contrary of that by those whom have already been deemed hard to live with?

A baby isn't like a brand new car that came out of the assembly line.  It is to be loved and developed by the loving parents that created it.  And no, God didn't create that child!  The mother and father created that child.

Let me prove it to the fat head pointy eared people.  You go to a restaurant and order a cheeseburger.  Do you believe that God Created that Cheeseburger?  No you are not that stupid!  You know that the cook in the kitchen created that Cheeseburger.  And if it isn't done right, you either don't pay or you ask for a new one, or walk out.

A woman states I didn't create this child, that slick talking used car salesmen that promised me everything and then dumped me created it.  Her decision to abort that baby is fine with me.  She was lied to in having it.  Oh but that isn't right you want to tell me.

So be on notice my Republican Facebook friends.  I just read that Donald Trump paid someone to take his SAT tests for him.  If I boot all you Republican people from my Facebook friends that is the reason.  Has nothing to do with you.

So indeed Divorced people who became President looks to be a no win for our Country.  Such to the point that we might need a Constitutional Amendment to prevent a Divorced person from being on that ballot?

And you call the Republicans Conservative?  They don't even know the meaning of words!

Tracing Phone Calls to Origin of Phone Call 08 28 2020

Tracing Phone Calls to Origin of Phone Call 08 28 2020

So indeed we get these calls asking for our financial information from "fraudsters."

And what do the authorities tell us?  That they are very sophisticated and bounce their signals off from satellite to satellite, so the calls are untraceable.

I believe that every American ought to know EXACTLY where the phone call that is coming to them is coming from!  The EXACT LOCATION!

And again your "authorities" will tell you that isn't possible.

Do you know how I know it is easily  possible and that is a lie?

Because the person who is making those calls is being billed for them somewhere.  The money trail!  The carrier networks are billing those people!!!  That money is tied to where the call is coming from!  There is no two ways about it because that is exactly how that money is made!

So what does it mean when people are being allowed to defraud Americans when I assert that their identities and location could be determined?

Perhaps if Americans are being defrauded by a foreign country we disallow complete telecommunications with that country?

Why not be tough?  Off topic?  Yeah it does bother me that a lot of people who are highly successful today didn't have to make the standard of grammar that we did.

I believe that Americans have a right to know what fellow Americans died of 08 27 2020

I believe that Americans have a right to know what fellow Americans died of 08 27 2020

It should be free public information readily available!

Why?  Because you could have something like the Coronavirus that isn't killing people left and right and we would not know about it when we should have?

Let's say a person has a heart attack that is caused by medicine they were prescribed and dies.  Shouldn't we know about that?  So that perhaps we might not want to take that medicine?

Doesn't something like that really make our health care system a lot better?  Doesn't accountability make a health care system better?  Honest to God!  Republicans call themselves business people?  A good business person knows that their profitability depends on them being accountable to produce good products!  To be responsible to the American Citizen Consumer!  So we have had a dark shift in our country where for some odd hidden reason that doesn't matter!  How does that not lead our country into dismal economic times?

When some of us read the cause of death we have heart!  Perhaps it would be the best wake up call for those who do not have heart to read the cause of death!

© 2020 Thomas Murphy

And so why don't we know the cause of a high profiles persons death?  Because the shame the family would have would cause them humility.  And they believe they are above humility?

"Keep the Trust Funds running at full speed we don't have time for humility around here!"

Should a teacher have to pay property taxes that go to funding the education system? 08 25 2020

Should a teacher have to pay property taxes that go to funding the education system?  08 25 2020

Let's apply Republican Business logic to prove whether it is true or not.  We, in Wisconsin, gave a Chinese corporation the promise of no taxes if they created labor.  Was it to the tune of $3 Billion dollars?  That is a lot of money.

In fact "we" often give businesses tax breaks with the stated reason it benefits us and attracts new talent to our state or country.

Wouldn't it keep better teachers in your neighborhood or attract better ones if they did not have to pay property taxes to fund their own pay in education?  Get it?  Well pay you to teach our kids but you have to pay part of your own salary too for the effort?  Doesn't really give a teacher the sense of esteem they should have in our land of the free and home of the brave?

Now lets say that you have your own school of thought?  What does it mean?  A school has students.  A mind is what thinks.  The one in question is yours.  Possessive, it belongs to you.  Should it also mean what the above paragraphs means?  I think it should.

So indeed in life, in order to be happy, you need to be able to make decisions freely based on what you believe in.  Think about it.

So I think it holds true per Republican Business logic. Another phrase to describe Republican Business Logic would be, You 7*c31n9 @$$h0135.  Don't you love that?  It is like that Facebook thing that keeps going around.  "If you can read this you are smarter than 98% of people.

Unrecognized Legal Precedent 08 25 2020

 Unrecognized Legal Precedent 08 25 2020

Let's say a woman is attacked.

Perhaps the question should arise, at any point during that attack if she had used deadly force in her defense would she be innocent of killing the attacker?  At any point.

But lets say that she didn't have a gun.

Okay it gets to the court system.  And the man is found guilty of the attack.

How come the legal system doesn't ask that question with regard to the death penalty?  "At any point during that attack had that person successfully used deadly force would they be legally innocent?"

Now lets say that the court system takes up that question.  And in this particular hypothetical they say, "Yes she could have used deadly force and would have been innocent."

Should the sentence of the death penalty by the court system then be appropriate?

Now lets say that she could have used deadly force but she did not at that time, because she didn't have a gun.  She goes and gets a gun, at a later point in time and...

What I am getting at is that it already reached the point where she could have been found innocent in the use of that deadly force.

It is kind of the don't tread on us principle?  May be hard for some people to understand concepts like this.  To live in freedom means to live with a sense perpetuity of peace?

Or perhaps freedom really isn't free; it takes strong minds to maintain freedom?

Is there a Constitutional Basis for Limited Liability 08 16 2020

Forget about whether a Corporation is a person or not and trying to prove that a Corporation isn't a person; that is just a trench that they dug to keep you from getting at the better question:  Is there a Constitutional Basis for Limited Liability?

So up until the 1950's when the Corporate Charter became widespread...before then you needed a reason to have a Corporate Charter.  It had to be in the public good.  Such as creating employment.

But lets look at that issue a little more in depth.  Because a company is granted limited liability is also means that the rights of one fool who has been injured by the product or in the workplace have already been taken away!!!!  So in effect in the legal precedent of the Corporation there is the the legal precedent to take away the rights of the fool...for some other reason?  Can you feel someone out there just felt like they had a barb stuck in them somewhere?

I can't think of a Constitutional Basis for Limited Liability.  Perhaps in my younger days when I was more argumentative I could have taken the other side on the issue better.

But I will do a quick internet search using the term, "Constitutional Basis for Limited Liability" and see what pops up.  It is kind of like the aliens have landed here and they are eating peoples heads and no one can prove they shouldn't be?  But on with the internet search.

Where postscript should go.

I also believe that an individuals rights should always be greater than a Corporation.  A Corporation being a profiteer and those who didn't do well in school highly loyal because their is no other way they could get a job?  You take those two sides and it seems to me like individually they are too powerful and together they are even more too powerful.

What are the barriers to an individual suing a Corporation?

1. Lawyer fees.

2.  Credibility.

3. Time delay

4.  Stonewalling.

5.  Lies

6.  The good ole boy network, entrenched wealth.

7.  Credibility due to lake of a paid for college education.

8.  A honest law group existing to capably and truly represent them.  Networked criminality in the legal industry?  Ask yourself how a lawyer to the President knows what the President wants to do that is illegal?  Because the lawyer was asked to craft it for him?  Or he sat at dinner with lawyers that were asked to craft it for him?

9.  Dis- crediting of evidence.

10.  "What are you doing in the courthouse?"

And we have come full circle, "What is limited liability doing in the United States?" Came over with the Purple Gang didn't it!

Just my list.  You could probably do a search and find a better one or more.

11.  How about this one.  The defendant is already homeless.

12.  Or this one, the defendant has been put on psychiatric medication because his or her mind has been tormented with demonic voices straight out of the Bible!

13.  Or this one, the defendant just died of cancer or Covid-19.  He believed in Donald Trump!

I believe in full restitution for disability that happened in the workplace as well as strict liability as to the costs related to alcohol causing mental retardation.  In other words I want profiteers to think twice before they ever tread on one of us again.

Voting for Trump would be like worshipping a False Prophet or Idolatry 08 15 2020

Voting for Trump would be like worshipping a False Prophet or Idolatry 08 15 2020

I am not going to do it; my Biblical based belief system won't allow me.

I don't really see how someone who is honestly educated could ever vote for a False Prophet!

It isn't just one statement that he makes it is more like everything he says; turns out to be the words of a False Profit.

And his initial stance on the Coronavirus is the best exemplification of this.  Someone who IS NOT a False Prophet would never say what he said about it initially.  That is was only one case and .... going away rather quickly.  Those are the words of a False Prophet.

And the Bible tells us not to worship False Prophets or engage in the Idolatry.  I will define Idolatry to be the worship of False Prophets in this case.  Did you notice a commonality among Trump supporter's?  As long as I worship Donald Trump everything will be alright in life for me?  That is the belief system of an idolater.  Do you also know what belief system it amounts to?  It is the belief in nothing!

© 2020 Thomas Murphy

And here I take issue with some who teach the Christian faith.  They teach just believe in Jesus Christ, which is a belief system in nothing rather than the belief believe in what Jesus Christ said and did as items of potential knowledge.  In other words never just belief something without thinking about it because that is a belief in nothing.  Believe something and always test to see if it is valid in terms of your personal experience.  And then if you find out it isn't valid in terms of your personal experience, you think about it, and perhaps you find a reason why it is valid in terms of your personal experience.  And also ask yourself if I believe in this in this certain way will my personal experience end up being like the fate of Jesus Christ?  And you might even go so far as to ask yourself, have certain things that Jesus Christ said turned out to be the words of a False Profit to me?  I don't see how anyone whose life was ruined by alcohol could ever believe in that all you have to do is drink the wine because it is really Jesus Blood and therefore you will have eternal life?  Either he didn't really say that.  Or he said that every time.  Or it started out like how a roast starts out, all grabbing the glasses and saying something that everyone in the entire audience knows isn't true and can't be true and therefore they find it rather funny.

******'

So why are you not to believe in False Prophets?  Again?  Because they will tell you that things are going to be a certain way and then invariable things will not turn out to be that way and it will do your life absolutely less than no good.  And you have to ask yourself, "Why couldn't or why didn't that False Prophet just keep their mouth shut?"  Because the pulpit is money!

****'

How many people never ask this question, "How did alcohol ruin my life?"  The answer being, "Because it made you a mean son of a bitch that no one could stand."  "It made you lie and cheat others!"  "It made you believe things that were not true."  "It made you believe in the words of fools and false prophets."  "It was a substitute for you being able to think."  "Every drink you ever had of it was really a prayer to the Devil!"

Real Post Script:

"Listen you fool; shut up and drink," might be its own religion that is based on the drug.  Meaning you can't drink alcohol without being of the religion defined as, "Listen you fool; shut up and drink."  Take one drink of it and isn't that exactly what you start telling everyone else, perhaps in different terms, "Listen you fool shut up and drink."  And as such it is also its own distinct tribe isn't it.  Because if you don't shut up and drink you don't get invited back do you!  Take one drink and you become the fool telling other people to, "Listen you fool, shut up and drink."  And they in turn tell other people to, "Listen you fool, shut up and drink."  Ask yourself who benefits?  It is pretty crass isn't it!  I don't want anything to do with people like that.

Real Post Script 2:

And what a terrible behavior to have children emulate or be exposed to, "Listen you fool, shut up and drink."

A Trump Press Conference is very interesting 08 10 2020

A Trump Press Conference is very interesting  08 10 2020

In a first press conference he will say exactly what he wants to say how he wants to say it.

In a second press conference he will read off what someone else wrote for him to say so that it looks like he didn't really mean to say what he said in the first press conference.

Or perhaps the person that wrote the second press conference actually wrote the first too?
