So that is a quote from a Mad Max movie starring Mel Gibson.  In the post apocalyptic scene of that movie a giant ogre who is physically deformed and wearing a mask is put in an area with "Max."  And the ogre is horrifically attempting to kill Max.

Max gets the upper hand and is about to do final justice to the ogre when the person who is responsible for ogre yells, "Don't hurt him he has the mind of a child."

And you never expected that line to be said when it was.

I believe that a lot of violence involving guns is caused by just that type of interaction.  Someone with the mind of a child pushes a human being too far?

Or perhaps it is the adult with the mind of a child who is doing the mass shootings.

And you know what is really odd here?  For all the diagnostic criteria we never really figure out what is wrong with the shooters after they are gone, either shot or kill themselves before capture.  For all the science in the world today you would think that firm conclusions could be drawn for the criminal motivation.  But we never hear that.  And you know what?  The American public deserves that type of accountability.

Is it really motivated by something along these lines, "Don't hurt him he has the mind of a child?"

That is the issue that needs to be addressed.

We could start by saying children raised in biological nuclear family might turn out better than ones created via incest or rape that Republicans say have to be kept?

And we also had a President who took great offense of criticism? 

Isn't that the exact profile of, ".....he has the mind of a child?"

Do you know that our first amendment right to free speech was created so that you could lob whatever comment you wanted to anyone like that and let the chips fall where they may?   They are not to be protected from your right to free speech because they have the mind of a child, as an adult aged person.

A kindler and more gentle society isn't created when someone is violating your rights because they have the mind of a child as an adult.

And it is going to be a bigger problem with the birth rate of the autistic thought to be going to surge to 50%?

Don't hurt him because he has the mind of a child.  It means you can't talk to them like a man would because they couldn't take it.  You can't tell them what they need to be told because they need to be sheltered from that reality.
