I would make a law that bolsters your right to free speech? You never hear of laws that bolster listed Constitutional Rights?
This law would be as such. "You made someone afraid to say something!"
You made someone afraid to assert their rights!
You might even have created legislation that made someone afraid to say something!
You might have even arrest people under false premises as a means to make other people afraid to say something!
You might have publicly threatened people who said true things. And done so successfully.
My law would convict any and all who participated in that violation of your right to free speech. And do you see why your right to free speech means so much more with regard to all of your other rights?
Did you create a funhouse of confusion for a person whereby it seemed like they were incoherent with regard to expressing themselves? Did you do that to a human being? Did you do that to one of us?
Having your right to free speech compromised is like having your tongue cut out!
My legislation would bolster your right to free speech. Laws should be created to enforce your Constitutional Rights and not diminish them. Those rights are there for a very important reason! You can't pick and choose which rights you want to lessen or diminish in order to achieve personal gain. And nor should you be allowed to label and threaten citizens in such a way as to cause them to believe they do not have those Constitutional Rights.
You can't take from the educatable and give to your dented bottle head.
