Who engineered that faulty car door latch that needed to be replaced?
What am I getting at? Manufacturing defects.
You see something like that, or perhaps a double pane window that leaks in between and you want to ask,
"Who specifically engineered that aspect of the product?"
And you want to make a database of those who erred in corporate America.
And in the place of Automobile engineering, you want to be able to say,
"Hey you, buddy! You are never working in automobile engineering again for products sold in the United States!"

"Hey, you buddy! You designed that structure and mixed and poured that concrete in that parking lot that collapsed and killed 3 people. Hey you buddy, you are never working in construction design and engineering in the United States again!"

"Hey you buddy, You told everyone that smoking cigarettes doesn't cause cancer. You lied to everyone. Many people lived with painful rotten cancerous flesh and died from it because of you. Hey you buddy, out of here!"
