So did Trump really increase the DOD budget so that he could play the same game of I'll give your country the "Military Foreign Aid" if you give me something in return, most likely personal?
A White House spokesman already said that they do Quid Pro Quo all the time. It means I will only do something for you if you agree to do something for me. Which means what? It changes the nature of Military Foreign Aid to not really be Military Foreign Aid but rather graft back and forth that the Constitution was meant to protect us from.

So for the sake of argument lets say that we will have to reconstruct our Democracy as it relates to business structure in the future. We need to do so with a form whereby those who do business with our nation are channeled or forced to adopt our Constitutional measures too. And that creates the level playing field.
China draining our Country of Dollars? Generations of Americans turning to drug use in not having to achieve for a living. The concept of a foreign country not doing your country a favor by doing it a favor.
It is just like the drug dealer isn't it? He markets his behavior as the drugs making you happy and hence he is doing you a favor when he really isn't doing you a favor. They are ruining your life.
And perhaps another concept without naming names, how happy can you be when the people you can marry are from your own religion and they are all of mental defect of humbug stupid?
And back to the drugs. It is that same Republican Party that put in measures in bills to legalize pot. More wishy washy ...What if I told you that there is a way to make you sick without you knowing it is being done. And no matter what drug is then given or marketed to you that the same way that was used to make you sick can be discontinued...so that your natural body function heals you irrespective of the drug that is marketed to you? And I would assert that perhaps Republicans who are propagandizing the healing powers of pot might have been subjected to that and not even know that is what happened to them.
So what is next? Legalized pot. Then will come legalized prostitution. Then because you got all that genetically defective non working lowlife tribe around...then will come legalized cannibalism. And those who are participating in it won't be subjected to genetic degradation from it because they are already screwed up and have been.

So what else did Trump ask for from Foreign Countries when he gave them money for Military Aid? A Catalog full of photographs of their prostitutes with brief bios? How long could the bio's be? Land rights for Casinos or Golf Courses? Hotel properties or land alloted for them? We will never know. Anyone in our Gov that would blow the whistle has already been shamed for that patriotic Constitutional right and tilled out of Government by the grim reaper.

High Crimes and misdemeaners? A misdemeaner is a low level crime and it is indeed a reason a President can be impeached. The honest public has had enough of him. The only ones who haven't had enough of him are the ones he granted favoritism to. And you know the way things are working out for those who blindly follow this pied piper? It usually turns out it doesn't end up working well for them at all. And indeed perhaps that is a natural mechinism of the human race? Phrased like this, "The fool is always subjected to the life of the fool?"
Some of us wanted to take the elements away that would have you being born a fool...just think, you could have been born normal...you could have been able to listen and understand and therefore learn. You wouldn't have been a burden to every classroom, teacher and community in the United States.
You wouldn't have those hyperactive fits of violence that likely got you expelled in the Seventh Grade and sent away to military academy. Where they were paid handsomely to treat you as if you had Divine Right.
