So there was an article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel a few days ago about drug arrests. How those with crack Cocaine got arrested more than those with regular cocaine because you needed a higher amount of regular cocaine to meet the arrest/conviction level?
It didn't call "Crack" Crack Cocaine, it just called it Crack.
It mentioned that blacks were arrested at a higher level.
But here is the point that it didn't make which was implied to those who can read between the lines? Or maybe it wasn't even meant to be implied.
So Crack is cocaine diluted with water and baking soda.

Which brings me to the point.
And I am not sure what the levels were so the next numbers are just a memory guess.
So lets say you needed to have 500 grams of cocaine to be arrested versus 5 grams of crack to be arrested.
What does it mean?
It means the guy who owns the 500 grams of cocaine that sells it to be converted to crack is never going to be arrested and is going to get rich while perhaps 100 people with the crack are going to jail.
And often in matters of justice I consider it to be like this from a point of view, 1. I like to think that I could have been born any color. 2. I also like to think in terms of equality that because of number 1 I don't want to see nearby neighborhoods ruined because really they are an extension of my neighborhood. The rich Dr. son who figures out how to deal drugs doesn't see it that way?
I do believe that the drug dealer likely is born with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome with no outward physical signs and that they do target people of normal loving families to ruin their upward mobility. You could call it witchcraft you could call it the devils spite of man. Whatever.
But I have always believed that the main drug dealers should be executed upon conviction.

And back when we found the voting boxes were in error in Waukesha County, the wealthiest Republican Voting County in WI, that is exactly what I thought of it, old country, old hag money.
