So where do they get the notion that the country that produces the most babies wins?
It has to do with prosperity!
When the middle class experiences prosperity they have more children.
So they are trying to back end the phenomenon? As if having more children will create prosperity?
Like how when you have more people playing at your golf course it is more profitable?
Like how when a factory is able to create more production it is a good thing?
The problem is that the conditions of prosperity need to be set first! It doesn't work the other way around. It works the wrong way the other way around.
Are the upper class more intelligent or pragmatic thinkers? I don't believe it to be true. And the lower class can't learn reading writing and arithmetic. So it is the hard working middle class that benefits from prosperity and raises the other two classes out of mental stupor in the process.
But is it a specific demographic of that hard working middle class? Perhaps the non alcoholic middle class? And I don't believe that you can classify the lower or upper classes as being anything but that, the alcoholic classes? And they might not even drink, but their lives and thought processes have already been ruined by it.
