Ingredients:
1 can red and white label shrimp soup
~2 cans oat milk
1 green pepper chopped really small(all the spice you need right there)
1 package Romain noodles
4 T of tomato soup from night prior.
Cook the shrimp. Drain it mostly. Add the other stuff to the pot and heat till noodles done.
Can't be beat.
Truth be told I believe only one can of oatmilk and I added "some enough" water to give the noodles "hydrate".
