So the Supreme Court is going to end up ruling that you can not create commerce in health care by making people pay for insurance?

Why is it unconstitutional?  The first line of the Constitution states it’s intent as providing for the general welfare of the American people.  That means that you do not let the people get as sick as they are today.  The need for quality health care is rampant.

It is not that the Constitution has not been interpreted improperly that has resulted in the increased sickness of the American People; it is that it has been manipulated!

Manipulated?  “How?” you ask.

Those who have sought to rule on it have not followed the true spirit of what it means.  Instead they have followed what it means in terms of money!

Using legalease and sound legal precident I could manipulate the Constitution to be so far from the spirit of its creation that it would dictate to the extreme opposite.

I believe that this has occurred along with few coincidental or well timed hardship cases to sway and propaghandize public opinion.

So none of our members of congress who agreed to this Health Care Bill could have saved us the effort by knowing it was unconstitutional ahead of have to wait and put it to a Supreme Court decision.

And here comes Mitt Romney as the rescue, telling people he will be sure to repeal it as the first thing he does in office, when it is indeed based on his plan.  What a friend he is to public policy and efficient government?

Obama has been in office for over 3 ½ years and states he has not had any cooperation from Congress- at all.

And when he is up for re-election his plan is going to be ruled as unconstitutional?

The leads me to ask the question, “Why have we been paying Congressmen for 3 ½ years if they do not cooperate with the elected chief executive officer of this country.”  You watch how someone like Newt Gingrich speaks and you would swear that he thinks Government is a game where the biggest brat wins.  Government should be taken serious than those who refuse to cooperate view public service.

If the plan that they whittled down and allowed to pass is ruled unconstitutional as it should be, it means a great waste and also a great fraud has been orchestrated by Congress.  It can be termed obstruction of the legislative process.

So what is the remedy?

A rebate of all members of the house and senates salary for the last 3 ½ years.  We did not elect the current President of the United States to have our scatter elected congressional representatives defeat him and stonewall him.  Effectively the Republicans put the “Closed” sign on their doors while a Democrat is President.  If you are closed you don’t get paid.  It is as simple as that.  If you are “Closed” you do not belong in office and should resign and let those who want to work for this country have a chance at doing so.  This is an issue that needs to be addressed.

The purpose of the Constitution is stated in the first line to, “Ensure the welfare of the American people.”  Barrack took the oath to do so and he needs to exert all the power with regard to doing so before November comes.
