Perhaps you weren't meant to be happy? What do I mean? Bear with me here. Should a drug dealer, a pimp or a child molester ever be happy? What makes them happy? A crime against humanity makes them happy. They were never meant to be happy! Why not? Because of whatever belief system they have that makes them think that way.
Can you allow a Police Officer to ever use deadly force in a State of this country whereby the Death Penalty is not allowed? Can you allow a Police Officer to use deadly force when a Judge won't issue the death penalty or a jury is not allowed to sentence one to that?
You are about to learn that there is a lot more inherent in the Constitution than you believed possible.
So if you can't allow a Police Officer to have a gun because he can no longer use deadly force because the court system will never sentence with deadly force?
But can you require a Police Officer not carry a gun? No you can't do that because it violates their Constitutional rights as a condition of employment. It also violates your Constitutional rights if someone tells you that you can't have one and you are not in prison.
Why did our Founding Fathers give us the right to keep and bear arms? It has to do with what the English were doing to them that no human being should ever have to put up with.
We are not to be a country of victims. We are not to be victimized by a court system that will not convict the real criminals and sentence them to death. They were never meant to be happy here.
But the point above with regard to the Police Officer. Is this. Why would you grant someone who in all likely hood could not graduate from college the right to use deadly force when indeed your court system of College Graduates and many with Doctorate Degrees who will not convict and sentence with deadly force? That is supportive of veiled organized crime isn't it. So what happens when you put the level of deadly force with those who could not graduate from college? They become an arm of organized crime? Why? Because there is subjectivity and favoritism as to their employment and pay schedule involved.
So how do you end that? You deputize every model citizen and dissolve the Police Force. And some of those model citizens will indeed be people who are tormented by voices.
How many wealthy families do you know of that have a mentally retarded child? They get that child because they are miserable, married for money and drank during conception. Many of those wealthy are professionals in the court system. So do you see how they are never motivated to sentence a criminal minded mentally defective person with the death penalty. It isn't going to happen just like they would not touch the Purple Gang who were willfully defeating the 18th Amendment in Treason So our present Court system does have its basis and legacy in treason. Hence it no longer works for the people. In every instance it considers the criminal to be the real victim; hence leniency. Having pity or projecting self pity on someone that was never meant to be happy!

There are likely lawyers out there who will read this and become depressed because they realize they are not what they are supposed to be. Depression? Is it really internalized anger because the beast can't pick something apart?
