What if the United States had bombed the hell out of Foreign enemy Breweries and distilleries in WW2 or WW1? Would those wars have ended a lot more quicker? I believe so. And here is the proving statement.
If you force someone who has had their leg blown off in a war to remain in "sobriety" about it?
If you force that persons family to deal with that issue and maintain sobriety at the same time?
They are going to be extremely critical about Government policy going forward? In what would only have to amount to be a fair way?

What if a family had a child that couldn't learn and was a behavioral problem? If you forced that family to maintain sobriety because of it.... You would change the class structure to more reflect reality wouldn't you!

Off topic. Sure George Bush talked the talk of a kindler gentler nation but he didn't walk the walk by advocating putting retards on speed! What good did that do us?
