So the media might have you asking, "Will he come back?"  "Will he play this year?"  "Oh and what about the money and the contracts?"

If you look at the gestalt of this it almost looks to me like it is "Marketing Prima Dona-ism."

Apparently we have a new demographic in our nation that finds Prima Dona-ism Marketing highly appealing?  And I believe that to be true.

Do you know how to tell a real man?  A real man knows how to fix things.  Why?  Because it is part of the pragmatism of becoming a real man.  A real man knows how to use his hands, how to use tools.  Why?  Because it is something men enjoy doing.

The Prima Dona beliefs that the use of tools is something to be mocked.

Was the person in generic question a natural Quarterback?  I don't believe so.  A natural spots the open man on the field a little more than that?  And what about the positions of running backs and receivers?  I believe a natural quickly is able to assess what the weaknesses of those individual players are and exploit it.  They don't need an eye in the sky to see if for them.

This new demographic believes that there is a me-ism in team?  Perhaps indeed there is an m and an e in team.

A little more rant and I am done.

So we had a star hitter in baseball.  I watched him in the outfield.  The ball slowly fell and almost hit him in the head and he watched it hit the ground.  No longer with the team and the team is doing well.

So is the Prima Dona-ism Marketing worth it or not?

Perhaps the real success is perceived by the yearly revenue number?

Yes and we have supporting evidence to my theory don't we?  How did our last Republican President talk and act that was consistent with this?  Would you say it was Prima Dona-ism?  If you don't you are self deluded.

That's all.
