What does it mean? It means that, "If a woman has to keep a baby 'from' a rapist it means that the rapist did nothing wrong!"
What are they really about, "Worship of serial rapist King David?"
The ideology that the rapist has the best and most superior human DNA?
That is a sickening belief.
Two things are going on here.
1. You have a Supreme Court Justice who has a birth defective child. You have an entire political party that has birth defective children. So you have an unnatural bias on the Supreme Court! It is like a carnival mentality? "This next toss of the ring I will get a good one? Perhaps someone else will toss a ring and win a normal baby that they don't want. And me with my drunken baby how can I let a woman who didn't have a drunken baby abort that normal child?" So right there that is complete weakness.
2. They figured out how to raise a mentally retarded child by splitting the soul of a human being a long time ago. And labeling that victim of a split soul a schizophrenic. There was a New York Times article that stated the mentally ill and the mentally retarded were exactly the same. Nothing could be further than the truth.

And a woman is damned if she does and damned if she doesn't!
1. Damned if she does. If she didn't know she was pregnant and used alcohol or drugs then in some states she can go to jail for the endangerment of a child. Now I am okay with that! But the Right Wing Republicans are not. Hence you have the legal precedent set with anti abortion laws that negates that.
2. Damned if she doesn't. The antiabortion laws. And I don't know how they affect the would have been mother. But those who helped her have an abortion are prosecuted.
Can you imagine that? To set up that double jeopardy concerning a woman?
I am not aware in the Constitution where it directly states double jeopardy is unconstitutional other than the entire fabric of the thing as it relates to your rights! And my father was right, the Republicans do want to take away your rights.

Off topic. So you have a racial group that is committing the majority of the gun crimes? And your "British"Americans want to use that as a justification to take away everyone's rights? When it was those same British Americans who hog tied that racial group and brought them here in the first place? I have a problem with all that.
Makes for hard decision a Gov. leader has to make in order to preserve a Democracy.
