Dinner 9 23 2021

 The best mastacholi I have ever made.



Recipe.  Take 3 large tomatoes chop up 2 and put them in a pot with water on the stove.  1/2 cup water.  High heat for staters.  Mash up tomatoes with a potato masher.  Add last cut up tomato.  Add as handful of chopped mushrooms.  Add 1/2 a green pepper. Add ~ 8 tiny white onions cut up.  Add 1/2 packet McCormick spaghetti spice/mix.

Turn down heat and stir and mash.

In a separate larger pot add a bag of mastacholi and water.  Heat this per instructions on bag.

Drain ghetti.  Pour sauce in ghetti pot stir and serve with a more hard to find Parmasean powder cheese.

Unbelievably good.
