About The Death Penalty 11 27 2023
Does it make it easier to be Judge without a death penalty?
It works in favor of Organized Crime too? Your pawns don't get angry if they know they won't be put to death? More likely to sign up to organized crime?
But the judges during Prohibition would not touch bootleggers? They were untouchable?
So I have to wonder if the reason we don't have the death penalty is because Judge who used it would fear retribution or assassination?
My personal opinion, a lot of crimes I see on the news should beat that sentence.
I also believe if you can free a man but take away his Constitutional Right to have a gun, then you could also choose other rights they are not allowed to have?
In terms recidivism we might benefit greater as a country if they were denied ability to purchase alcohol. But to do that you need a specific alcohol id card or that aspect integral to drivers license or state id.
You don't really learn how alcohol mal-influenced your life until you have stopped drinking for 10 or 20 years. I would say the moment you took that first drink some of your freedom was gone, in terms of how you could have experienced life more truly without it.
If we can take away your right to a gun open freeing you can we also take away your right to be religious? After all what good did your religion do in preventing from Committing the as to crime? Yeah, I am serious.
If we can take away one Constitutional Right can't we also report you; take away your right to be here?
The bottom line is that if we free you does it really matter what right we take away if we can determine we can take away a right like we do?
Just trying to make the country a safer place for good people.
Personally I believe, if you are free it means all Constitutional Rights. And that to teeters the scales of justice to more certainty, responsibility to the people and implementation of the death penalty.

Yeah, okay, I have to ask thd question if those who stole believed Trump would be in office today?

One guy stole 8 million and used some of it to buy a 2 acre Island off of Florida.

What if a Judge were not allowed to give multiple life sentences?
What if after one life sentence the judge had to give the death penalty as the next rung up?
What does multiple life sentences equate to? Think about the gestalt of it. Think.
It is valuing that criminals life as being more important than one life.

You can't do anything for them.
No amount of words you say to them are going to change their self destructive behavior because they are not smart enough to recognize self destructive behavior.
The best that you can do is not allow yourself to get dragged down in with them. Because you will end up like them. Per the principle of, you become what you are willing to put up with.

If the average person wouldn't feel safe driving or walking through a neighborhood where they live in the United States perhaps we shouldn't be letting any more of them in?
Isn't that just common sense?
Isn't it completely aligned with what is represented by Constitutional Rights? The right to feel safe in every part of your own country?
And scientifically we can determine this.
These immigrants came directly to "this" geographic location.
This Geographic location is comprise primarily of "these" people.
The crimes committed in "this" geographic location are 20 times greater than the general country.
The crimes committed in "this" geographic location are consistent with uncivilized organized crime.

Eviction Centers 11 18 2023
So I recently read that "deportation" is listed as a crime against humanity.
Now I am not going to tie this into "foreign events"
But deportation is forcing people to leave to our country? Simple definition? Don't really care where they go, they just have to leave.
But the point of this is this, isn't that analogous to evicting someone from their home, perhaps in the dead of winter?
So they could die of exposure?
So to make rental properties business consistent with not being a crime against humanity, shouldn't there be Eviction Centers they can go to? Enough so there is no homelessness?
So Republicans would nix it? But why? Because somehow ite and that property owner really isn't earning his money when we have to pay for the alt housing?
Is it about money?
It hurts the successful person to be a good person?
Don't know where I am going with this, just had to write it.
An eviction from a home analogous to deportation in some way? And to solve the issue we end up paying for it? So there is funny money somewhere?
And look at how the wealthy are connected and play power cards? Perhaps a young woman goes to a big city, resists advances landlords son, gets fired from her job bc of connections and evicted?
Can you tell who I don't like?

That seems to be the basis of our immigration policy.
It seems to be the basis for a lot we do here.
And when we were involved in military actions we tried not to kill civilians, women and children. And sure women in the Military and the rifle toting Nazi youth in WW2 clouded that issue. (Wow brings new meaning to tried as an adult and the death penalty?)
So why would we militarily support a country that can't conduct their operations consistent with that standard.
And then you might ask yourself do they have the belief that people are people?
And then you wonder a nation that never has that belief will get "in trouble?"
So let's say the US was badly influenced by a nation that water boarded. Then we thought it was okay because they could do it.
Then you see that nation bombing refugee camps, killing children, immediately ordering people out of geographic domains, cutting utilities to those domains...thd point being is that coming over here too? Is that going to going on over here to? Like waterboarding, our alcoholic leadership saw it was okay that they did it so we could do it to?
So there is a bad schism there.
Does Biden sometimes seem like he can't wait to get out of the light and behind the darkness of a purple curtain with something? I get a gestalt image like that.

I am not sure of any of this. It is pure conjecture.
So you have an American man working for an American Corporation. In his contract the Corporation owns the patents he worked on and developed?
Now let's say a Corporation from a foreign nation now buys that Corporation, and then owns those patent rights?
Does anyone have a problem with that? It equates that foreign government that corporation is answerable to as being the equivalent of ours. And it isn't. It could be a monarchy, a dictatorship or veiled Communism.
That researcher was "made" by America, not some pirate nation.

Now let's say an American Corporation builds up assets and is sold to a foreign Corporation. What right do they have to have them?
The money in the deals is like a snake isn't it? But nobody sees it.
It is like our Governments are all equalized to the least common denominator government by that snake?
And they then get the courage to make all sorts of power threats against us? The good of the modern world came from us. The freedoms of the Constitution.
The freedom to believe that you would make an idea of yours work.
