High School or College athletes in Wisconsin would not be allowed to be paid for that. I would end it.
You go to school for an academic career.
So how do you enforce something like that?
I believe that we needed to more strictly enforce Prohibition in this country when it occurred. For example anyone caught bootlegging, they should have been deported. And if we had the ability to take DNA samples back then we should have. To make sure that criminal strain never got back in the land of the free.

You don't need to go to college or high school for an athletic career just like you don't need to go to college to push a wheelbarrow in the construction industry.
So what is next? Because the Special Olympics people have overcome so many obstacles in their class, and rose above everyone else in that class...we should pay them too? The highest sponsored Downs Syndrome people we will all be made to look up to thanks to the likes of Donald Trump?
Do you know what happens? It is a vicious circle. Republicans get promoted due to nepotism or connections. They make a lot of money because of that. However their reward system is alcoholism because of that. And they have Downs Syndrome children. And the majority of those with Downs Syndrome have no outward looking Downs Syndrome features. And school and education is alienating to them.
And they really aren't the best team players either are they.
And look at how the jungle treats Caitlin Clark. Just look! I have never seen more legalized assault and battery in my life. And that trash is what we want to pay to go into sports? You see it again and again, you can't take the bad out of the bad, they just transition to being bad in other ways.
The important thing about this is this. Look what happens when an honest white person personally develops their talent in professional sports? I am not talking about someone who goes on to commit Social Security fraud. I am not talking about one of the most famed Italian football coaches who wore women's clothes. I am not talking about a joke who took steroids and is the most prized baseball hitter. I said honest! What happens? The competitive sport is no longer fairly competitive.
