~2 cup cooked brussel sprouts
1 can cream of celery soup
2 can water
~ 1/2 green pepper
Handful spinach
1/4 cup ground sesam seeds
1/2 cup leftover cooked potatoes
1/4 cup leftover homemade chicken soup
~1/2 t tomato soup bullion
1/2 t cucumber powder.
Spices:
Cilantro sprinkle small
Chives sprinkle
Salt ~1/2 t
Coriander pinch
Wasabi tiny pinch
Rosemary tiny pinch
Get it all in a pot. Heat it. Take your immersion blender and make consistent. Bring that to boil, stirring. Done.
