What am I talking about? Someone who builds on their self substance by insulting other people.

I would say that “depravity” builds on its self substance through insult.

And I would say that the durability and benefit to them of that type of formed self substance is about as fleeting or good as beer foam.

Working knowledge that lasts about as long as beer foam.

Now what if after 4 years of graduation from High School, if a person didn't go to college, and they couldn't remember anything that they learned in High School they were required to pay back the cost of that public or private education? In other words I don't want to have to listen to someone like that. I don't want someone like that being a Commanding Officer and giving either me or anyone else orders on the battle field or theater of War of WW3. I don't want to hear stories about all of their amorality normalized. I don't want to hear how they want to spend our education dollars. I don't want to hear how they profess to believe in God and yet see that they act in every way contrary to that.
