I had a good train of thought going on this one. But it's diminished.
Perhaps it has to do with problem people who behave like a drunk no matter if they drink or not?
Loud mouth, violently dismissive, rude, crass, unable to be educated, snotty, lack compr comprehension, aggressive and abusive. And they were born that way.
And free as perch protects them?
But if a person is a constant state of drunk equivalent and disorderly, whether or not they drink or not. Somehow...see a thread of something here?
And perhaps that persons lifetime role models were drinks?
If being drunk and disorderly is a crime then how is the equivalent of that not also a crime?
It's a crime when it's an actual drunk? But when it isn't a drunk the tables turn on the victims of it for asserting it so? As if they should accept and have empathy for that bad behavior not of a drunk? They should be mature enough and be able to put up with it? Pardon me, but why?
