Let's not argue and just say the that you can because alcohol is legal. And that is what it does. What I mean is that it is legal for you to get drunk, because alcohol is legal and that is what it does. It is not legal for you to drive drunk. Nor is it legal for you to behave drunk and disorderly.
It's addictive and intoxicating.
And let's say a woman trained with deadly skills is a Police Officer and she is confronted with a drunken man in a situation? She uses her skills and that man is then going to have a physical disability for the rest of his life?
Whereas perhaps if it were a male Police Officer the outcome would have been better than that?
Should we strive not to disable people? Perhaps that is the crux of it?
Perhaps it also has to do with one sex attempting to prove themselves equal or better, and going too far?

This is so full of errors. Typed with one finger.
What I am getting at here is that use of alcohol inherently causes drunkenness and all the unique problems with it. And it is just accepted?
