Perhaps at a greater time in our nation's history such people were not granted a marriage license?
If they can't make legal decisions for themselves then are not they of the same legal status as a minor?
And I do believe that it has a lot to do with what is wrong with our nation today.
And if you can't legal consent to have sex how can it be said that you legally were able to consent to become pregnant?
And if a person can't legally consent to have sex can it be stated that any child born from her was born from an illegal sex act?
It certainly would address the problem Republicans have with welfare?
And what is the average IQ of a prostitute in our nation? Is it the equivalent of a High School education?
And are these self respecting people?
Is that a self respecting act?
Is it an intelligent person who believes in themselves that engages in acts that are not self respecting?
And perhaps a lot of wrong conditioning has been done against the American people by the media companies. And some of them are owned by foreigners in foreign countries that apposed the freedom of humanity to the point of War!
How many military conflicts that are on the horizon today amount to just that, perhaps one or both or more factions involved really opposing the freedom of humanity? Apposing people who can think for themselves versus those who are henpecked into criminality and criminal acts and behaviors.
Perhaps the mentally defective loath such people and a populous represented by them. Perhaps they have even gone so far as to give them fraudulent medical diagnosis's? Have you ever known of such burning envy of you?

PS. Perhaps here is the crux of it. If "she" can't legally consent to have sex at any time in her life perhaps she naturally gravitates to be a prostitute that can't consent to not having sex because she is controlled by a violent mentally defective person to. So, yeah, that is what came her and why we are not great today.
When a woman like that naturally gravitates to become a woman that can't not consent to having sex perhaps it gives her a feeling of being something that she wasn't meant to be? She is empowered by being something that she wasn't meant to be. She is empowered by defying what it means for a loving educatable pair of human beings to achieve. She lessens the concept of birth from sex to being more like an action of flicking the flint wheel on a Zero (intentional wrong word) lighter?
And we have to listen to the product of that whine in pained vanity.
Oh Christ, they even want us to go to war for it!
