Forget about all criteria accept for one that supercedes.
We are not going to let one cent of our Government dollars go in support of any time spent having to regard this in any way. Hence complete disqualification.
Sure there may be a separation between Church and State.
But a separation between the opposite of what Church is and State should be more guarantied.
In fact there out to be a amendment that grants you rights to be free from Satanic/witchcraft activity.
We should have done this decades ago.
For our Gov spending time/money to decide the semantic status of it means we are for it in some way. And we are getting into the idea of "real common sense" in leadership and government.
