So I am not going to do that.

But I want to know what the steroid testing policy is in the MLB today. How often. Who conducts. Proofs of testing certs. Etc.
And are there efforts to flag novel and or new substances? Is there a substance list?
And don't try and read anything into why I want to know things. I am just the curious sort, you likely realize that already if you are a frequent reader here.
