Broccoli Cheese Chicken Soup Recipe
A lot of people don't know that a can of soup on the store shelf is only the start of a pot of soup. So here we go.
1 Can Broccoli Cheese Soup
1 Soup can full of milk
2 Soup cans full of water
~ 1 1/2 Cup fresh broccoli chopped up (soak in white vinegar water for a few minutes)
~ 1 1/2 Cup leftover broasted chicken chopped a little finer
~ T barley flour (to thicken)
~ T ground flax (to thicken)
Sprinkle some parmesan cheese into pot
Serve with soup crackers
No additional spices added
Brought it to a boil then simmered for about 20 min to soften chicken and broccoli.
Really good.
