Some people young people wanting to be athletically famous ought to think about!

It's only entertainment then as now.
Rewarding someone for that?
I mean you could have a guy 8 feet tall stand by the hoop, you get the ball to him and he drops it in like you toss an eggshell in the garbage can.
Humor related to a gestalt of the above;
"People get their wallet for what makes them feel good?"
Or, sit by the boob tube, in effect:
"Get your wallet out for what makes you feel good."
And here are is the truly sad part? What false and faulted hopes did a parent have to resort to giving their unhappy child?
And every once in a wild you hear of a child that dies of a heart "ailment" while playing sports. How many of these deaths are really mislabeled and due to steroid usage?
And lastly can steroid usage make a child gay b/c of hormonal influence?
How about growing up in a tobacco smoke white wall stained tan house? Does tobacco smoke influence hormonal based development? Does it cause delayed emotional development? It is an emotional substitute!
Now ask yourself, contrary to church hag logic, what real man needs an emotional substitute?
