"Were there reasonable grounds for you to believe the Legislation you were creating was Unconstitutional?"

What am I getting at? When a Supreme Court Justice doesn't even have the wherewithal skills to document in writing why they voted the way that they did it could lead to the downfall of our nation.
So we need to hold both the Supreme Court and the Legislature to the higher standard of our nation.
If they can't provide "reason" it means it is a political decision and not a Separate Judicial decision.
