So what is Evangalicalism? The Central belief of it is that Jesus Christ died on the Cross for your sins.
Here is why that isn't true.
If you are a dumbass nobody can die for your sins but you. You are going to continue to be a screw up your entire life long. You will not be able to atone. You will not be able to reform. You are going to be a lifetime dumbass. You are going to be helpless and make mistakes at everything you do. Your hands will not work like a man's hands do.
Jesus last words on the Cross were not "Thank you Father for letting me die for all the sins of humanity, past present and future." His words were, "Father why have you forsaken me." That could be paraphrased to read, "God why have you betrayed me."
You had Catholocism and then you had the British versions of it that really don't amount to religion at all. The belief that someone died for your sins translates to a belief that people are here to die for you! As if the lives of other people are meant to serve yours. Your sins are okay because other people will bear the brunt for them. That isn't how men think. And that isn't a belief that men would promote!
Jesus didn't die for your sins. That is a Roman spin on it. They horrifically tortured and killed him. And England was a colony of Rome.
No man goes around promoting the idea that they nailed someone, "nailed" someone to a cross and hung them out to dry because of their own sins.
So who does believe that? Someone that was born who doesn't think like a man. Walking among us.
You are either smart and therefore have opportunity or you are dumb and have nothing? And when you are dumb and have nothing you therefore figure out a way to convert the opportunity of other people into money for yourself?
So what does the belief really mean? It is like a lazy southerner whose mother was a drunk taught it to her children? It is a Satanic pagan belief! Don't worry about sinning, Jesus died for you. Don't worry about screwing up at work, Jesus died for you. Don't worry about getting good grades, Jesus died for you. You could probably trace all of our nations problems directly to that scapegoat belief system.
So Mike Pence declared that Catholicism was a crutch for the weak. But how can you say that Evangelicalism isn't a bigger crutch?

So is the real reason that you had religions diverging from Catholicism so that you could create different revenue streams from religion? Christianity being a British version? One could say that Reagan's trickle down Economics was in fact a violation of the separation of church and state in Government! The irony being his son vows for freedom from religion. Perhaps the son knows what a mistake the father was? Trickle down effectively creating Kingdoms of Billionaires? So let me attempt to clarify that, giving to the rich being a form of religion? How? Perhaps because it is of the believe that people are to be made poor to die for your sins? Deny the opportunity of the sons of men so that you can convert that opportunity into money?
Okay that's enough of me arguing with the pig. It gets me absolutely nowhere, but the pig loves it.

So what is Gods answer to Jesus, "Father why have you foresaken me?"
The only answer God can give in return is, "Because you are dying for MY SINS!" Which means Jesus God was not really God!
In the Church they skirt the issue semantically by saying, "Jesus died for the sins of the world." Because if they said, "Jesus died for the sins of God." You would know that Jesus God was not really God. They have a lot of that subversion! Sub-version. ~Below Version. Sub=below, Hell=below, Hell version. It fact all of the major Republican policies are subversive! That is what they all have in common.
