Let's say that someone has germy breath and that they are a tobacco smoker.
Does the tobacco smoke kill the germs in the breath that everyone else breaths as second hand smoke?
Or does the tobacco smoke exhaled along with germy breath create the optimum delivery mechanism for the germs?
First the smoke makes your sinuses raw because they are used to fresh air. And the raw sinuses then make the germ content of it more infectious to you who breaths in that second hand smoke?
My personal experience is to stay as far away as you can from a smoker.

Broccoli Soup recipe 12 24 2022
Broccoli ~ 1 cup chopped up
3 green onions chopped up good
3 slices medium cheddar 1/4" cubed
Handful of spaghetti noodles broken to 1"
Shake of whole rosemary
Shake of dill
Pinch of salt
2 cans mushroom soup 2.5cans water
1.5 slice bacon, cube, fry, drain on paper towel, add to soup.
Cook soup until broccoli soft and noodles too. Take photo and post it here.
Some crackers too.

Was Jesus Motivated by Money 12 18 2022
Did he not scold the rich for not donating as much money comparatively to his ministry as the poor woman?
He was attempting to motivate the wealthy to donate more money.
"It is easier for a camel to fit through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to get into heaven."
A camel can't fit through the eye of a needle, so he is really saying it is impossible. He is also implying that the rich did not fairly earn their money.
But lets examine the gestalt or subliminal nature of his comment.
A needle is used for sewing. Sometimes it is used to sew leather. Is not a coin purse a sewn strip of leather or two strips of leather sewn together?
And what is the gestalt image of a camel? A large animal with a hide. The hide with billows in the belly. A belly believed to be so full of water that the camel is hoarding water. A hide sometimes being after the fact converted to leather. The most pronounced physical feature of the camel being its obscene and gluttonous belly? Billowing like a coin purse that has too much money in it?
That belly of the camel weighting it down. It can't run as fast as it could if it didn't have that belly? Perhaps in comparison to a horse?
A camel having an add shaped long neck. A fool like gestalt? As if it is always out of place!
Now put together the gestalt of that image and have you not created a subliminal motivation to a dumb wealthy person to feel guilty or odd? Alienated, if you will?
Now lets flash forward about 2000 years. Was not that same imagery very successfully used to get people to aspirate a cancerous and addictive substance? One of the best investments in the stock market that you could ever make? But can you live comfortably with the sin of it? I would say somehow, that no one really can. Bad energy coming back to your cell division?
And don't you just scratch your head and ask yourself, "Who learned what from whom?"

It means that Trump cannot serve. In order for Trump to serve Congress would need a vote of two thirds of each House.
If we had good lawyers in our Country Trump would never have been on the ballot in 2020. Why? Because per the above he can't!
So we needed perhaps a Speaker of the House to just read the law? Read the law to the people and tell them he cannot be on the ballot.
The Democrats are too full of Cotton Candy to be able to enforce the laws of the Democracy like how they should be enforced?
And perhaps a liberal attitude of who can be what? An attitude of nepotism? An attitude of all inclusion. Is why the Democratic Party is in the state of weakness it is in? They, just like the Republicans have become brainwashed by undo success granted?
And the way you should be thinking about it as an American is this way, if someone was granted undo success then who has been granted undo failure and why?

So if he can't be on the Ballot, do we as a Democracy have the legal power to arrest someone that puts him on the ballot?
Can you see the Keystones shaking their heads, dumbfounded and denying that doing so would be protecting and serving their country?
(A) Can you see the FBI saying that is not an element of their jurisdiction? That they are not really tasked with interpreting the Constitution.
Not only that I believe that we have the power to arrest anyone who puts certain issues on the ballot that are unconstitutional in an attempt to appeal to the Devils Advocate?
With regard to (A) above a lot of Judges want to make an exemption? They will deny that they have the authority to deem a law unconstitutional? And yet the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land which all other laws created must conform to. So you have a bit of a dislocation there. As if they don't want to read and assert the prime law. They would rather apply laws created by the States or local communities? So there is an element of treason in that?
You give a new janitor a mop and he tells you that he can only use a broom?
You see if you can't make...for the purpose of discussion...If you can't make a "judgement call" on that...if you can't figure out how the Constitution protects a citizens rights, if you stonewall and are dumbfounded as to the application of the Constitution, you should have never been a Judge!

So what is the reason for the high recidivism rate? Recidivism being defined as ending up right back in prison for recommitting crimes.
Perhaps someone told that person that Jesus loved them unconditionally?
Perhaps as party of their counseling or seeking of religion after prison or during, someone told them, "Jesus loves you unconditionally?"
And hence they believed that it didn't really matter what they did in life? It didn't really matter if they committed more crimes! Because Jesus was their savior and loved them unconditionally?

So those who say that swearing is a sin and that also Jesus never sinned are wrong.
Too me it is a rare case where the Bible seems to rightfully defy construed law? Or I could say it this way, a case whereby the Bible supports the first amendment.

Now let's say that I established a group. And even though you have the right to free speech anyone who ever said anything bad about my group would be heavily fined, and perhaps put in prison.
I could make a lot of money couldn't I? Just get the ball rolling on that. And pretty soon a great many people would hate me because I fined so many of them for saying bad things about them. Even though those things easily proved true. Pretty soon I would have so much money that I would be able to completely control the Government.
The more people I find the more that got mad and said bad things about me and my group and the more and more people I could then fine. It is a Ponzi structure. And the base of it is inciting crime! We don't really see that issue come up in the courtroom, do we? So and so incited someone to do something? Instead, if you are a defendant, you can claim that you were insane, but not that someone incited you.
The Constitution states that inciting civil unrest is an impeachable offense.

I do believe that what I consider certain genetic mutations in people...that those people should not be able to own large tracks of land or manage other people. Could I define a gene code as one that is violent or toxic to the normal? Let's say that the only way to get from A to C is through B. But B hates people because B knows he is not as good as them? Hence you to try to travel from A to C through the land of B and B is going to do something to you? Perhaps enslave you? Did the slavemaster have a certain genotype? How many of them were mean alcoholics? How does a wealthy alcoholic view other people?

So the other day I was watching a documentary of children that were raised by wild animals. They couldn't really be made to be civilized afterwards. Why? Because those are the formative years and certain genes can only be expressed through loving biological parents?
But one of the noteworthy things in the video was a boy whose father was an alcoholic. And that father beat him. At four years old he left the home and went to live with wild dogs instead.
There was no love in that home for him.

Donations To Private Schools 12 17 2022
I believe that the public should be able to see who has donated to a private school and how much.
For example, let's say someone was expelled from a public school. That person had a severe behavioral problem.
They were accepted at a private school in concert with a large donation to that school.
Shouldn't the parents of the other children and the community be able to readily know that?
The donations may have been made to a church related to the private as school.
And what could happen? The bad behavior continued at the private school however the child is not expelled and more large donations by the parents are made with that.
That person's ability to graduate is a fraudulent misrepresentation.
And what happens if they then are successful with political ambitions later in life?
And once in office they elevate everyone exactly like themselves?
They even grant pardons in much the same way or worse than how they were granted enrollment?
The Constitution would consider that to be an illegal Confederacy?

And he ends up in prison with people exactly like himself. People that he could easily get along with, because they have the same bad attitude as him.

Covid Essential Business Classification 12 15 2022
So that is a status that was given to some businesses with regard to Covid.
And most businesses are really in the forms of Corporations and hence those corporations are really pass through entities for individuals???
Hence in effect during a time of a pandemic individuals were given Essential Status?
And what if I were to discover a broad medical type fraud with its tentacles all throughout the world economy?
And then I were to label the victims of that fraud and their families essential.
And give a less than status to all the rest?
Sounds about right doesn't it?

Then when they pulled the plug there would be no way for you to point the finger individually at someone?
There would be no way for the average Joe to know where the money was drained to?
And the people that it was drained to might not live all the way in those remote island type nations that were (?) once controlled by an Imperialist nation?
Do you really need to overtly control the Government of a foreign nation if you hold the purse strings to their banking and finance industry?

Were there alcoholics on the Supreme Court when the 21st Amendment was created?
So it had to be ratified by the States.
But one would believe that their involvement in the judicial process would be subject to the same rules that the Supreme Court must follow.
Specifically, Under 28 U.S. Code sec 455, recusing themselves if they have a conflict of interest? Such as if one of them was an alcoholic, which is a disease, they should not be able to vote on it?
But I suppose we would get absolutely nothing done if that were the case? Because we can all be said to have an interest..
What does it mean to have....
1. "One of them says that a justice—and it specifically applies to Supreme Court justices—may not participate if somebody could reasonably question that justice's impartiality," Tribe said.
2. "Clearly that's the case here," he said, and he also cited a section that says a justice shouldn't be involved if their spouse has an interest in the case.

The hypothesis being that an increase in gun violence could be caused by testosterone increasing in a person in response to exposure to o COVID 19?
Didn't really see any results I could draw a conclusion from.

Draft Article: Barrel Slat Making Formula 12 07 2022
Okay, it took me about 5 years to come up with this formula. And I think it is right, but I have not proofed it.
So you want to make a barrel or cylinder out of slats of woods. The important thing to know it what degree you want to set your table saw at before making the strips.
One: First you figure out the diameter of your cylinder. Let's say that it is 12"
Now you need to know the total " external width" of the slats you need to cut. So you find the circumference of your desired diameter by using the simple formula. Remember first radius equals half of diameter. Circumference = 2*Pie*radius.
A. So once you get that figure you divide it by the number of slats you want to use to make the barrel.
or.
B. You determine what external width of each slat you want it to be and divide the circumference by the number of slats. For example,you might want your slats to be either 1.5" or 1.75" or 2" wide as you set that setting on the table saw.
TWO:
So, you then need to figure out how to set the angle on the table saw as you rip the boards at the desired width each in B above.
And that is where we find my formula.
Degree = 360/(# of slats x 2)

Taking away a woman's right to have alcohol 11 26 2022
This is one that has a lot of barriers to me writing it.
So in some states a woman can be prosecuted, fined or worse if she uses drugs while pregnant. What does that really imply? It implies that during the period of conception and pregnancy she DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE DRUGS OR ALCOHOL!
But it isn't stated anywhere in law like that because of the 21st Amendment and alcohol being legal and the regulation of it to be done by the ATF.
Do you follow the legal line here? Either the 21st Amendment is illegal, or the law created to prosecute her for the use of alcohol during pregnancy is illegal. And those two laws are not allowed to contradict one another per the Constitution. And the Constitution is the Supreme Law which all other laws created must conform to.
So we know right from wrong and yet we have legislatures that do not know right from wrong or have the moral qualifications to enact right from wrong. Big problem.

So if it is a fine for giving alcohol to a minor of $5000. or perhaps a felony of $50,000 per the above researched link, but that law is not thought of as applying to pregnant women is it! And that is the most important stage of life for someone to be compromised by alcohol.

So if you can put a mother in jail for drinking alcohol during pregnancy. Why? Why would you do that? Because it creates a great burden to communities! They don't want to say the reason as the reason. They know it is the reason. But they want to be blissfully ignorant as to the meaning of it?
And if it is such a created burden, then how could you not be for the abortion of it?
So it is one of two ways isn't it.
Either you believe in free drunken love because you are a liberal communist Republican that cranks out fetal alcohol syndrome mentally retarded children or you believe that a woman should not be allowed to do that.
And it looks to me like the scales of justice are weighted to one side with jeering hags and that burden I mentioned and the numbskull men that are forced to pander to that weakness.
So in effect one law does take away a womans right to have alcohol but it is an after the fact enforcement. Which might be considered passive and weak minded. And the other law is steadfast per the Constitution and cannot be contradicted.
I believe the original amendments to the Constitution were the Rock Solid Ones! And that some of the ones that came later contradict them and hence are and have been illegal.
But guess what, there is absolutely no one in the United States who is striking down unconstitutional laws like the above. The people who are tasked with that are instead creating them. And they are not accountable to oversight.

So you would make her keep the baby so that you could put her in jail? Pretty sick.
And lets talk about sentencing.
A guy runs over 6 people and kills them with his SUV. He gets six life sentences. Now you have some one convicted of a much lesser crime and he gets 35 years in prison. I beg to argue that there is absolutely no difference to the sentences. Because their lifespan is each about 35 years from today.
So you have a stacked low justice system? You can't have that low level crime the same defeacto sentencing as the high level crime.
Who benefits? The prison system? You have taken someone out of society? If they were a threat to the status quo because of education and intelligence they are no more.
And what did I read that there was a rape scheme going on by a male warden of a female prison?
So lets say you convict such a warden and he ends up in the same jail? What have you solved? Lets say it also went on in a male prison and you convict that male warden and put him in that same prison? What have you solved? The structure and evil are still the same, are they not? You have that freak in the exact same place he wants to be and he doesn't mind being there? So awhile back I once said that a prison should have zero homosexuality to it. And what does that mean? It means escalated sentencing, doesn't it? To the extreme.

So the _______ is in the news because of the War between Russia and Ukraine? And we thought that the last instance of this type of activity was back in the 40's or so?
But what I was reading the other day was that in the Korean War the leader of South Korea had Communist sympathizers rounded up. And some people he rounded up were probably not communist sympathizers at all. And he had them sent to a reeducation center. Now there were United States Generals over there at the time, McArther (sp?) and others and they turned a blind eye to the following activity? But as soon as the war started that South Korean leader had those million people that he had sent to be reeducated shot to death. So this would have been in the 1950's.
One of the unrecognized horrors of War is just that. What to do with those who don't agree with your form of Government when you end up in a War with a lesser form of Government? I suppose you thought that he was supposed to feed them and wait on them hand and foot? I suppose you thought he was supposed to transfer them to North Korea so that they could be handed rifles and come back over the border to shoot him in droves?
