If a foreign nation wanted to bankrupt the United States one of the ways that they would accomplish that would be to locate all of the banking call centers overseas?
Then when they pulled the plug there would be no way for you to point the finger individually at someone?
There would be no way for the average Joe to know where the money was drained to?
And the people that it was drained to might not live all the way in those remote island type nations that were (?) once controlled by an Imperialist nation?
Do you really need to overtly control the Government of a foreign nation if you hold the purse strings to their banking and finance industry?
