So has this been going on? Creating laws that were Unconstitutional for quite some time. Whereby the effect of those laws is to weaken the power of the Constitution, to the point whereby you can attempt to strike down those Amendments to the Constitution that "you" don't like via the usage of Article V?
But it can't really be changed to the point whereby you can erase the prior Amendments completely. They still stand even though they might be contradicted? And perhaps Empirical Evidence will prove they were right for being there the entire time.
I believe those who want to change the Constitution also want to completely erase from its written form anything they didn't like. Perhaps they had a weak minded family member who used a gun on themselves? Perhaps they could stand up to things said that were true about them? Perhaps they were of an abnormal personal reality and want to impose that weakness on everyone else? Perhaps they hate the idea of organized and structured education? Perhaps they hate the idea of fair competition? And without a doubt hate the idea of equal opportunity hiring.
