Neurosis is a word that has intentionally escaped my memory for about 2 decades now 05 22 2015
What is it?
It comes from nitpicking at other peoples natural happiness doesn't it?
Or is that really a symptom of it? If that is a symptom of it the connotations are much greater or less?
It really isn't effectively treatable is it. If it were none of us would be hearing voices that violate our natural rights! I say natural rights because I can foresee the day when they will destroy our entire Constitution and any copies of it.

Very interesting, in that when they figured out a label of mental illness highly accurately described themselves they eliminated the term......~Because it isn't treatable??????
How can one not say that those who want any drugs legalized such as pot are not neurotic?
If you read that Wikipedia entry you realize that they wanted to completely wash away any historical connotations of the term!
Here would be the most damning consideration for the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) to ever forgo. Include prior definitions of mental illness that you no longer believe in, in ever new manual. When you read that the only conclusion you could come to is that it is Satan's religion! So any Institutionalization of it by our Government is indeed illegal per the United States Constitution!
Do you know that the cure for it was Prohibition? But the Neurotic found the treatment unbearable!!!!!
